Burleson, Texas -- Two waste executives are planning to launch an e-mail campaign as part of an effort to form a recruiting firm for the waste industry. The two founders, Mark Dorries and Patrick Van Every, plan to consolidate their industry contacts, data and statistics in order to profile job seekers employers could hire. Dorries and Van Every say they expect the database to grow to more than 10,000 waste industry contacts by the end of 2003. The Web site,

, currently is under construction.
