Waste Management To Issue Quarterly Dividend

Houston-- Waste Management Inc. has announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per share, which is payable March 25, 2004.

"We believe that the dividend … shows our commitment to delivering returns to our shareholders," A. Maurice Myers, WMI chairman, president and CEO says.
