Shaw EMCON/OWN Acquires LFG&E International

Baton Rouge – The Shaw Group Inc. has announced that its solid waste subsidiary, Shaw EMCON/OWT Inc., has acquired LFG&E International (LFG&E), a supplier of landfill gas products and services. The LFG&E product line will be integrated into Shaw EMCON/OWT, enabling the company to better service the landfill and biogas industries, according to Shaw EMCON/OWT.
