IESI Landfill Receives Business of the Year Award

Ft. Worth, Texas -- IESI Corp.'s Seneca Meadows Landfill has received Seneca County, N.Y., Chamber of Commerce's Business of the Year Award for 2003. According to the Chamber, the landfill has been a driving force in the local economy, and has dedicated its time, talent and resources to better the community. The company has made donations to charity and comunity programs in the past. IESI acquired the Seneca Meadows Landfil in October 2003. It is the largest nonhazardous landfill in the state, according to the company.
