THE DESIGN/BUILD/OPERATION OF A SINGLE-STREAM MATERIAL RECOVERY FACILITY AND DESIGN/BUILD OF A WASTE TRANSFER STATION AND ASSOCIATED SITE WORKS, COMPRISING THE REGION OF PEEL’S INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY

SEALED PROPOSALS, clearly marked as to contents and on forms supplied by Region of Peel, can be obtained and will be received by Purchasing, 1st Floor, 10 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 4B9, Telephone (905) 791-7800 ext., 4303 and Fax (905) 791-3697 on or before:

12:00 noon local time
THURSDAY, JUNE 26, 2003

NOTE:
1. A Mandatory Briefing Session will be held at the Holiday Inn Select, 30 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton in the Caledon Centre Room on Wednesday, May 14, 2003 at 9:30 a.m.

2. A Mandatory Recyclable Material Viewing will be held at the Fewster Material Recovery Facility, 1126 Fewster Drive, Mississauga immediately following the Briefing Session.

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft in the amount of $500,000.

The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
