Waste Pro Makes Five Acquisitions

Longwood, Fla. -- Waste Pro USA Inc. has acquired three private hauling companies: Central Florida Refuse, Orlando, Fla.; Lott’s Construction Services, Orlando, Fla.; and Sunshine Waste Services, Hilton Head, S.C. The company also acquired a construction and demolition (C&D) landfill and a Waste Management Inc. waste collection and recycling operation, both in Putnam County, Fla. According to the company, the landfill will be used in conjunction with Waste Pro’s St. Augustine, Fla.-based transfer station.
