SCS Engineers Forms New Practice Group

Long Beach, Calif.-based SCS Engineers has formed a new practice group that will offer integrated real estate, site renewal and risk transfer services for environmentally impaired properties such as brownfields. The new group, SCS Secure, will offer its services to buyers and sellers.

Mike McLaughlin, senior vice president in the company’s Reston, Va.-based office, will lead the practice group. Other members of the SCS Secure management team will include Joe Kesling, Mark Varljen, Ken LaConde and Dan Johnson.
