Recycle America Alliance Changes Name

Recycle America Alliance has announced that, in connection with the purchase of its minority partners’ interests, it has renamed itself WM Recycle America (WMRA). The company now is a wholly owned subsidiary of Houston-based Waste Management.

Operations will not change additionally from the reorganization announced by the company in July. Waste Management said in a news release that it plans for WMRA to provide support to its 37 material recovery facilities that were not part of Recycle America Alliance.
