Allied Waste Reports Third-Quarter Results

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Allied Waste Industries Inc. has announced third-quarter revenues of $1.477 billion, up $60 million from the same quarter last year. The company attributes its growth to strong price and volume increases.

For the first three quarters of the fiscal year, Allied Waste’s revenues totaled $4.267 billion, compared to revenues of $4.127 billion for the same period in 2004.
