Wastequip acquires Toter Inc.

Wastequip, Beechwood, Ohio, has acquired Toter Inc., a manufacturer of plastic carts used in curbside recycling and waste collection systems based in Statesville, N.C. The acquisition is the largest in Wastequip’s history.
