Waste Connections Finalizes LeMay Acquisition

Folson, Caif.-based Waste Connections has completed its acquisition of Harold LeMay Enterprises, Tacoma, Wash., as well as the remaining interests in Pierce County Recycling, Composting and Disposal and Pierce County Landfill Management.

Details of the transactions were not disclosed.
