WASTEC Elects Board Chair and Vice Chair

The Washington-based Waste Equipment Technology Association (WASTEC) has elected Bill Wilkerson and Robert Meechi as chairman and vice chairman of its Board of Governors. Wilkerson is the vice president of sale and marketing for Marathon Equipment Co., Vernon, Ala. Meechi is president of Romeoville, Ill.-based Perkins Manufacturing Co.

“We are pleased and fortunate that Bill and Robert have agreed to serve in leadership roles on the WASTEC Board of Governors,” said Gary Satterfield, executive vice president of WASTEC, in a press release.
