Veolia ES Solid Waste announces two acquisitions

Veolia ES Solid Waste, Inc., Lombard, Ill., has acquired Harry’s Refuse Disposal, Inc. of Franklin, Pa. and Roy’s Disposal of Spurgeon, Ind. The two solid waste companies will join Veolia’s existing service areas.

“These are tuck-in acquisitions in line with our strategy of purchasing assets of well run hauling companies in existing integrated markets,” said Richard Burke, Veolia’s president and CEO, in a press release.
