Cincinnati-based Rumpke Consolidated Cos. has partnered with the Louisville Bats baseball team, a minor-league affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds. The company will donate $100 for each run batted in (RBI) by a Louisville cleanup hitter during Bats home games this season. The money will be donated to Brightside, the local Keep America Beautiful affiliate.

“Rumpke is thrilled to collaborate with the Bats on this team effort,” said Michael Nelson, vice president of Rumpke, in a press release. “Brightside is a worthy organization demonstrating a commitment to the environment by keeping our community clean and green.”
