NYC Dept. of Sanitation Announces New Appointments

The New York City Department of Sanitation has announced the appointments of Bernard Sullivan as director of the Bureau of Cleaning and Collection and Michael Bellew as chief of cleaning operations.

“Both men are dynamic managers who know what is required to sustain the current record-breaking street cleanliness levels that have made New York City streets the cleanest they have been in 33 years,” said John Doherty, sanitation commissioner for the city, in a press release.
