Intechra announces acquisitions

Jackson, Miss.-based Intechra, which provides e-waste recycling services, has announced the acquisition of BCS Logistics, Dallas, and Lifecycle Partners, Merrimack, N.H. BCS Logistics is a transportation company whose management team consists of former UPS employees. Lifecycle adds a second Northeast location and seventh processing facility to Intechra’s nationwide processing network.

Terms of the deals were not disclosed.
