BFI Canada announces $69 million offering of trust units

BFI Canada Income Fund has agreed to sell 3.1 million trust units at a price of $22.42 (U.S.) per share to raise proceeds of $68.9 million (U.S.)

BFI Canada intends to use the proceeds to repay revolving credit facility advances and for general credit purposes.
