INTENT TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Pursuant to Section 143-129, 143-129.8, 143-135.9, 147-33.81 of the North Carolina General Statutes, as amended, sealed proposals will be received by Wake County in the office of the Procurement Services Director, 9th Floor, Suite 900, Wake County Office Building, Raleigh, North Carolina for consideration in providing and installing a Solid Waste Management system/software.
No hardware is included in this RFP. On or after Monday, October 2, 2006, instructions for submitting proposals and information for the above mentioned project may be obtained at the Wake County Government Website, www.wakegov.com. Click on “Current RFPs and Bids” under the “Featured Topics” section and scroll until you see the document. It will be in .pdf format. No proposal may be withdrawn for one (1) year after the scheduled closing time for receipt of proposals. Wake County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities.
