RFP - Landfill Gas-to-Energy Project, Buncombe County, North Carolina
Buncombe County is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified firms to convert LFG from the County's active Subtitle D Landfill to electricity or other beneficial use. Proposals will be accepted until May 12, 2008, 2:00 pm EST. A pre-proposal conference and site tour will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, April 24, 2008 at the Solid Waste Management Facility main office.
