City of Oxnard Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

For Recycling and Transfer Station Operator

 

The City of Oxnard is soliciting an experienced and qualified firm to operate the City’s Del Norte Regional Recycling and Transfer Station (“DNRRTS”) beginning in 2013.  Respondents to this RFQ must demonstrate experience and competence in the operation of such facilities for municipalities.  Qualified firms are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFQ.  The City will review SOQs and either engage in negotiations with or issue specific Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to one or more Respondents. 

 

A pre-submittal meeting and tour of the DNRRTS is tentatively scheduled for March 18, 2009.

 

Statements of Qualifications must be submitted by no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 18, 2009.
