Request for Qualifications for the Design, Construction, and Operation of a New Mass Burn Waste-to-Energy Facility

The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County, Florida, (Authority) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified vendors by issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Design, Construction, and Operation of a New Mass Burn Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Facility capable of processing up to 3,000 tons per day of municipal solid waste.  Vendors with sufficient, proven qualifications in their SOQ will be deemed qualified and will be eligible to respond to a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). Qualified vendors will have the opportunity to comment on documents throughout the RFP preparation process. The Authority reserves the right to postpone or cancel this procurement process at their sole discretion at any time.  Minority/Women/Small Business Enterprises are strongly urged to participate in this RFQ.
