RFP -- Regional Needs Assessment Consultant -- Pulaski Solid Waste Management District -- Central Arkansas

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Pulaski Solid Waste Management District seeks the services of a Regional Needs Assessment Consultant (RNAC) for the purpose of analyzing the future needs of the District and its members for the collection and disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW). As directed by the District, the RNAC shall utilize its expertise to perform consulting and advisory services regarding various business operations and opportunities in which the District may have an interest. Jurisdictions represented by the District include Pulaski County, the City of Little Rock, the City of North Little Rock, the City of Jacksonville, the City of Sherwood, the City of Maumelle, the City of Cammack Village, the City of Wrightsville and the City of Alexander. Proposals are to be submitted to the District no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, September 29, 2006, at which time respondents to this request will be publicly identified. No other information regarding the proposals will be divulged until a contract is awarded by the District. Firms interested in this proposal may obtain or request a copy of the RFP at District offices or at www.pulaskiswdistrict.org .
