INVITATION FOR BID

 

Notice is hereby given that the Village of Ruidoso, Lincoln County, New Mexico calls for sealed bids on IFB #07-013.

 

The Village of Ruidoso is requesting sealed bids for a Stationary Solid Waste Knuckleboom Crane for the Solid Waste Transfer Station in the Village of Ruidoso.

 

Bids will be received at Village of Ruidoso Purchasing Warehouse located at 311 Center St., Ruidoso, NM 88345 until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2008.  Submitted bids will be opened at the Annex Building at 421 Wingfield.  Any bids received after closing time will be rejected and returned unopened.  The fact that a bid was dispatched will not be considered.

 

Copies of the Request can be obtained in person at the office of the Purchasing Agent at 311 Center St. or will be mailed upon written or telephone request to Vicki Eichelberger, Purchasing Agent, at 575/257-2721.
