NOTICE OF EQUIPMENT SALE

Marathon Gemini G3560 HD Baler


The City of Nashua offers the following equipment, previously used to bale aluminum cans and plastics for shipment to recycling facilities:

Marathon Gemini G3560 HD Baler, S/N 118279, installed 1999 and taken
out of service 2003 due to changes in operations at the Nashua, NH
landfill and recycling center. Max System Pressure: 2,500 PSI; Overall
Ram Force: 122,400 lbs; Ram Force Pressure: 70 PSI; Cycle Time: 39 sec
Nominal Bale Size: 30”x48”x60”; Bale Weight: Up to 1,250 lbs OCC

Sealed bids must be submitted in duplicate to Central Purchasing, City of Nashua, 229 Main Street, Nashua, NH 03060 prior to 3:00 p.m. on May 7, 2007. The City of Nashua makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied as to the condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter whatsoever of any equipment sold hereunder and the equipment is offered for sale AS IS/WHERE IS and with all faults. The successful bidder must remove the equipment within twenty-one (21) days of notification of award.
