Operations Manager

New York State based private waste collection company has opening for an experienced hands-on Operations Manager, overseeing trash collection for over 30,000 households & commercial locations. Position will report directly to the President and be responsible for all aspects of the daily collection service, including assignment & routing of drivers, employee selection, training, safety, etc.

Candidates must have; Verifiable evidence of management experience in a similar operation, Good organizational and problem solving skills, Personnel management skills, Trade references. Salary commensurate with experience.
