Chief Financial Officer—Big Red Holdings, LLC

A fully integrated waste-management company with multiple lines of business and locations is seeking a highly experienced individual to grow, develop and finance an enterprise in the central Ozark region of Missouri and Arkansas. Operations include waste hauling, transfer stations, recycling centers and landfills.

Position Requirements:

Industry experience in waste-management operations, including landfills

Demonstrable history of establishing and managing funding relationships and raising capital for a variety of working capital, acquisition and growth needs

Proven track record of creating value, generating profits and improving EBITDA

Demonstrated strength in P&L/cash flow management and improvement

CFO reports directly to the CEO and functions as part of a senior management team to set overall business strategy. CFO will act as the financial liaison between operations and off-site investor group and board of directors. Responsible for accounting, control, reporting, treasury, information technology, risk management and asset preservation. Directs all aspects of accounting, including profitability, pricing, policy and procedures, financial statements, forecasts, and cash flows.
