A fully integrated waste-management company with multiple lines of business and locations is seeking a highly experienced individual to grow, develop and operate an enterprise in the central Ozark region of Missouri and Arkansas.
Operations include waste hauling, transfer stations, recycling centers and landfills.
Position Requirements:
Industry experience in waste-management operations, including landfills
Proven track record of creating value, generating profits and improving EBITDA
Demonstrated strength in P&L/Cash Flow management and improvement
Experience in identifying, analyzing, closing and integrating acquisitions
Successful previous management of multilevel projects and managing distressed companies to stated profitability targets.
CEO reports directly to the chairman of the board and functions as part of a senior management team to set overall business strategy. CEO is responsible for the creation, evolution, implementation and consummation of the annual business plan and budgets.
