Tillamook, Ore.-based Hallco Industries has named Russ Halvorsen general manager of the firm. Halvorsen served in the position for more than 12 years before a seven-year hiatus.

Walter Link has been named president of Kewanee, Ill.-based BOMAG Americas, effective immediately. He replaces Jerry Randecker, who is no longer with the company. Link had served as general manager of BOMAG Paving Products since March 2006 and has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
